Accreditation cards and team parking

All the team accreditations and assigned amount of parking cards per team (allowing for entrance and parking inside the Vysočina Arena – P2) shall be collected in the Logistic centre.

All teams will receive an assigned set of parking permissions for their own vehicles that must be placed inside the windshield. The parking permissions allow for free passage into the Vysočina Arena and parking in the parking place P2 (opposite the team area).

Office Area – Competition building, Vysočina Arena.

Transport office for the teams

Transport of teams by the shuttle buses or minivans from hotel to the venue and back in case of bookings through the OC is according to the organizer’s time schedule free of charge.

The transportation office arranges daily requests of the teams about transportation (organized by the OC) from the hotels into the Vysočina Arena and back. There will be the official transportation form available in the office where teams shall write their exact requests on transportation (times, amount
of persons, pick-up and drop-off points). Requests for transportation must be submitted in the trans- portation sub-office no later than 18.00 on the day preceding the day of the requested transportation.

Tickets for teams

Athletes shall receive two course tickets per competition/per person. The maximum number of tickets will be determined by the NFs start quota for the respective competition and gender (Thursday / Men, Friday / Women). On Saturday and Sunday will be the quota for maximum number of tickets calculated as a sum of both genders.

NFs can book their tickets via online form here: book the team tickets. The tickets can be picked up at the Competition office.

Antidoping control

The doping controls will be performed in accordance with the IBU stipulations. The control will be made in antidoping room, ground floor, main stand B, Vysočina Arena.

All teams shall submit a list indicating the particular rooms of the individual athletes to the competition office straight after moving into their respected hotels.

Wax cabins and Athletes’ rooms

The wax cabins are located in the northern side of the stadium in the permanent and temporary containers. Keys for the waxing cabins and athletes’ rooms will be issued at a deposit of 50 EUR per key at the Team area manager office directly in the team area.

Equipment control

The equipment control station will be in operation on every competition day 1 hour & 15 minutes before the start of each competition at the tunnel connecting the stadium and the team zone. 

Preliminary material control

The control room is located inside the team area, in a designated cabin. Team leaders are requested to contact IBU Referee for a team appointment.

Biathlon family – team catering

OC NMNM offers a regular Biathlon Family Club. For all athletes, team officials, service personnel will be prepared refreshment (fruit, snack, beverages, coffee) and warm meals. Biathlon Family is located in the temporary containers building in middle of the Team Area.

Ambulance room for athletes and teams

Ambulance room for athletes and teams is located inside the team area –  (will be signposted). Only emergency service and first-aid treatment of injuries will be provided by event doctors!

Flower & Awards Ceremonies

The competitors ranked one through six in Sprints and Pursuits and the top three Relays are requested to present themselves for the flower & awards ceremony in the center of the stadium immediately after the end of the competition. The start numbers must be worn at this occasion.

I-Zone

Interview Zone (I-Zone) for the top 3 athletes will be held after each competition in the media center. Media centre is located at the media building, main stand B, Vysočina Arena 

Prize money

To receive the prize money, the athlete is fully responsible for providing the correct bank wiring information at IBU Member Center:

• Account holder
• E-mail and home address
• Name and address of the bank
• IBAN, SWIFT
• Account number (national), bank code number (national)

All athletes who earned the prize money must confirming the receipt of the Prize money which will be sent via email. Prize money will only be transferred to accounts confirmed by the athletes after the World Cup event.
