Only one person per team should collect accreditations. Accreditations will only be handed out with a negative valid COVID-19 test and signage of IBU’s COVID-19 declaration.
All the team accreditations and assigned amount of parking cards per team (allowing for entrance and parking inside the Vysočina Arena – P2) shall be collected in the Accreditation centre.
All teams will receive an assigned set of parking permissions for their own vehicles that must be placed inside the windshield. The parking permissions allow for free passage into the Vysočina Arena and parking in the parking place P2 (opposite the team area).
The accreditation cards are used for identification of persons and for granting access into the respected competition zones. The accreditations are non-transferable and the holders shall always present them to persons assigned by the OC – the security service staff members wearing uniforms – whenever passing from one accreditation zone into another. The accreditation card is also used as the official identification of an athlete at the doping control.
IBU Covid-19 Testing Point
The Covid test lab will be operating at these opening times and will be located directly at the stadium Vysocina Arena NMNM / Dedicated containers in the Parking place.

Competition office
Office Area – Competition building, Vysočina Arena. OC recommends only team leader/coach should enter the Competition Office. Please keep a safety distance.

Team captains meeting
Tuesday 1 February 20.00 (on-line). All team leaders are requested to confirm an email address in the Competition office for sending an invitation to the meeting.
Antidoping control
The doping controls will be performed in accordance with the IBU stipulations. The control will be made in antidoping room, ground floor, main stand B, Vysočina Arena.
All teams shall submit a list indicating the particular rooms of the individual athletes to the competition office straight after moving into their respected hotels.
Wax cabins
The wax cabins are located in the northern side of the stadium in the permanent and temporary containers. Keys for the waxing cabins will be issued at a deposit of 50 EUR per key at the Competition office.
Equipment control
The equipment control station will be in operation on every competition day 1 hour & 15 minutes before the start of each competition at the tunnel connecting the stadium and the team zone.
Preliminary material control
The control room is located inside the team area, in a designated cabin. Team leaders are requested to contact IBU Referee for a team appointment.

Biathlon family – team catering
There will be no regular Biathlon Family Club. For all athletes will be prepared refreshment packages (fruit, drink, snack) and for all team officials lunch packages (including warm meals) that can be collected at the Team Area Food pickup point in Team & Wax Area.

Ambulance room for athletes and teams
Ambulance room for athletes and teams is located inside the team area – (will be signposted). Only emergency service and first-aid treatment of injuries will be provided by event doctors!
Medicaments a pharmacy
Medicaments and other medical equipment may be bought in the nearest pharmacy in the area of the hospital in Nové Město na Moravě in the distance of 1.5km away from the competition venue.
Flower & Awards Ceremonies
The competitors ranked one through six in Sprint are requested to present themselves for the flower & awards ceremony in the center of the stadium immediately after the end of the competition. The start numbers must be worn at this occasion.
Press conferences
The press conferences will not be organised. Athletes are requested to attend interviews in the mixed zone and after the podium.
Prize money
Top 6 athletes in Men and Women categories will be awarded the respected prize money. In order to carry out the bank transfer to the athletes who have earned the prize money the following information must be provided:
• Account holder
• Name of the bank
• IBAN, SWIFT
• Account number (national), bank code number (national)
All athletes who earned the prize money must confirming the receipt of the Prize money. All athletes are responsible for the provision of the correct information when signing the payment form. Prize money will only be transferred to accounts confirmed by the signature.
Prize money forms can also be collected by one team representative and returned to Comp Office after signed by athletes.
The signed form must be returned to the Competition Office (via email or in person) no later than Saturday 5 February 2022.
