Instructions for VIP guests
Guest Registration
The first step to your participation in the BMW IBU World Biathlon Championships is registration. Please confirm your attendance by filling out the form for which you received a link in an email with a VIP invitation.
During the registration, indicate the days you will participate in the events and add the name of your companion.
Children under 3 years old are not included in the count of companions, but they do not have a right to their own seat. For such young children of our VIP guests, it is not necessary to have an additional ticket or arrange accreditation. Children older than this 3-year limit are considered as companions, so please register them.
In the registration form, please upload, or you can update, a photo of the guest. Also, include a photo of your companion. The photograph must be in passport format in .JPG version with a minimum dimension of the longer side being 1800px. Considering security measures in the area, it is necessary that the photo is indeed in a passport format (ID type), where you will be clearly identifiable. If the photograph does not meet these requirements, you will be asked to submit a new photograph that meets the accreditation system's requirements. Without a proper identification photo, we are unable to prepare accreditation for your VIP visit.
After submitting complete information, you will receive a confirmation of registration acceptance with a link to this page, where you will find precise instructions for VIP guests' participation in the competition.

Parking
Parking at designated parking areas, as well as entry to traffic-restricted zones, is allowed only with a parking card.
The Organizing Committee has provided two parking areas for its VIP guests. The first is parking area P1, located directly inside the Vysočina Arena (main entrance). Due to the limited number of parking spaces, it is exclusively for the highest constitutional officials. The second parking area is on Vlachovická Street, within walking distance of the Vysočina Arena. It is marked in yellow with the addition of P4 and is exclusively for parking for invited VIP guests.
Parking cards will be issued along with your accreditation, or voucher. They are self-adhesive, marked with the type of parking lot and the days of validity for the entry and parking permit. They must be affixed to the windshield of the vehicle and marked with the vehicle's license plate number and the driver's contact number before entering the traffic-restricted zone (no entry on Vlachovická Street). Parking cards are non-transferable. The locations of the parking areas and the traffic-restricted zone are also shown on the attached maps.
Entry to the Vysočina Arena
From the parking area on Vlachovická Street (yellow P4), entry is through the main turnstile of the Vysočina Arena. Entry authorization is checked by scanning the accreditation card's code. A special corridor is allocated for VIP guests, separate from regular visitors.
From parking area P1 inside the Vysočina Arena (blue P1), access to the VIP zone is via a special corridor, separate from regular visitors.
VIP Zone
The VIP zone is located on Tribune A (renamed from previous World Cups), so after entering the Arena, follow the VIP, Tribune A signage. VIP accreditation allows its holders multiple entries to the VIP tent and the reserved Tribune A, as well as any number of passes in and out of the arena.
The Vysočina Arena opens at least 3 hours before the start. The VIP tent will be open on competition days always 2 hours before the start of the race and closes 1 hour after the end of the last race of the day.
